Asian chicken

For 1 person
  • 1 Chicken leg (150 g)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 TL Oil
  • 30 g long grain rice
  • 100 g red peppers and spring onions (cleaned)
  • 1/2 peeled garlic clove
  • 50 g Bean sprouts
  • 1-2 EL soy sauce
  • some Samba Oelek

Season the leg. Fry all around in the hot oil for about 25 minutes

Put the rice in about 100 ml of boiling salted water. Approx. Let it soak for 20 minutes.

Cut the paprika into strips and the spring onions into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic

Keep the leg warm. Fry the vegetables in the frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Fry the sprouts and rice briefly. Season to taste with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Arrange everything together
