Fiery spaghetti salad
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 500 g meat sausage
- 1 Head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 (250 ml) Bottle of 'Asian sauce sweet and sour'
- 5 EL vinegar span>
- 3 EL Oil li>
- Sugar
- 1 / 2-1 TL Sambal Oelek
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1/2 Bund Parsley

- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.

- Clean and wash tomatoes, cut into wedges, remove seeds if necessary. Peel the meat sausage and cut into strips. Clean and wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips
- 3.
- Mix the Asian sauce and vinegar. Beat the oil on it. Season to taste with salt, sugar, sambal oelek and soy sauce. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients, let it steep briefly and season again to taste. Wash, finely chop the parsley and sprinkle on top
