Marinated strawberries with cream (royal dinner)

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 2–3 EL Sugar
  • 4 EL Orange liqueur
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 1 Parcel Vanillin-Sugar
  • Lemon balm and cookies

Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with liqueur. Put the strawberries in a cool place and marinate for at least 30 minutes

Beat the cream and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Arrange the strawberries and cream. Decorate with lemon balm and a biscuit
