Marinated strawberries with cream (royal dinner)
- 1 kg strawberries
- 2–3 EL s pan> Sugar
- 4 EL Orange liqueur
- 100 g whipped cream
- 1 Parcel Vanillin-Sugar
- Lemon balm and cookies

- Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with liqueur. Put the strawberries in a cool place and marinate for at least 30 minutes

- Beat the cream and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Arrange the strawberries and cream. Decorate with lemon balm and a biscuit
