Muensterland quark dish
- 1 Glass (720 ml; Abtr.gew .: 370 g) sour cherries
- 150 g Pumpernickel
- 125 g brown sugar
- 2-3 EL Kirschwasser
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 500 g Cream Quark
- 125 ml span> Milk

- Drain the cherries. Crumble the pumpernickel with your hands, mix with 25 g sugar and sprinkle with kirsch. Finely chop the chocolate and mix in. Mix the quark, 100 g sugar and milk until smooth. Layer pumpernickel, cherries and cream in 4 glasses (200-250 ml) one after the other. Continue until everything is used up. Chill for 1-2 hours
