Grape and kiwi grits

For 4 people
  • 500 g light, if possible seedless grapes
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 3/8 l Apple juice
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3-4 EL (approx. 30 g) cornstarch
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 1 packet Dessert sauce 'Vanilla flavor'

Wash the grapes, pluck from the stalks, cut in half and, if necessary, core. Peel, halve and slice the kiwi fruit. Bring the apple juice, vanilla sugar and lemon juice to the boil. Mix the cornstarch in a little cold water until smooth, pour into the boiling apple juice and bring to the boil while stirring.

Add the fruit to the juice, pour it into a bowl and let it cool. Remove approx. 3 tablespoons of the milk and mix with the sugar and sauce powder. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Pour in the sauce powder while stirring, bring to the boil and allow to cool.

Serve with the grapes.
