Bell pepper quark with chives and salmon ham on wholegrain thalers

  • 1/4 Bund Chives
  • 30 g red pepper
  • 150 g Lean quark
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Disc (approx. 25 g, rectangular) whole grain bread
  • 1 Slice (10 g) Salmon ham
  • 1 small apple

Wash the chives, put some stalks aside for garnishing, cut the remaining chives into fine rolls. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Season the quark with salt and pepper.

Put ¼ teaspoon each of chives and paprika aside. Stir the remaining chives and paprika into the quark. Cut 3 circles (approx. 4.5 cm each) out of the bread slice. Shape 3 quark balls with an ice ball cutter and place on the bread rolls.

Halve the salmon ham slice. Place 1/2 slice of ham on each of 2 thalers. Sprinkle with the set aside chives and paprika and garnish with chives. An apple tastes good with it.
