Chocolate mousse

For 4 people
  • 1 Pkg. Quimik
  • 10 dag chocolate
  • 75 ml MIlch
  • 3 EL Granulated sugar
  • 1 EL Rum
  • 1 Mug of whipped cream

Stir Quimik until smooth. Add milk, sugar, rum and stir well.

Add the melted chocolate. Fold in the whipped cream with a whisk.
3.
Leave to set in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Serving suggestion: Chocolate mousse with a fruit sauce.
