Chai tea with honey and milk
- 4 span> cardamom pods
- 1 span> TL Fennel seeds

5 TL more liquid Honey - 1 span> cinnamon stick
- 400 span> ml Milk
- 2 TL loose black tea (or 2 tea bags)

- Crush the cardamom pods. Simmer 300 ml water, cardamom, fennel, 1 teaspoon honey and cinnamon for 1-2 minutes. Add 200 ml milk, bring to the boil. Add the tea and let it steep for about 4 minutes.

- Heat 200 ml milk and froth. Pour tea through a sieve and pour into glasses. Pour frothed hot milk on top and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey on each.
