The healthiest fruit salad

  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 30 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds
  • 3 (approx. 600 g) oranges
  • 1/2 (approx. 500 g) Pineapple
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Banana
  • 8 EL Whole milk yogurt
  • 4 TL honey

Chop walnuts and hazelnuts. Roast the nuts and sunflower seeds in a pan without fat for about 4 minutes. Peel the oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from between the separating skins. Squeeze juice out of the separating membranes. Peel the pineapple, cut sixths, remove the stalk. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Wash the apples and pears, quarter them, remove the core. Cut the fruit into wedges. Peel and slice the banana. Mix the fruit carefully. Arrange in bowls, spread the nut mixture over the top. Put 2 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of honey in each bowl
