Baked cheese croissants

  • 6 Slices Turkey breast sliced ​​(approx. 20 g each)
  • 12 slices Camembert (approx. 7 g)
  • 75 g jellied wild lingonberries (glass)
  • 1 Egg yolk (Size M)
  • 1 TL whipped cream

Pull the can on the tab so that it opens. Carefully open the can and remove the dough. Unroll the dough on a work surface and divide it into marked triangles, cut with a knife if necessary. Cover the triangles with one slice of turkey breast and two slices of camembert each. Spread the cranberries evenly on top and roll up the triangles of the dough towards the tip and shape into croissants. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 18 minutes. Whisk the egg yolks and cream together. Brush the croissants with it 2-3 minutes before the end of the baking time. Take the croissants out of the oven, let them cool down a little and serve while they are still lukewarm. Cranberries taste great with it
