'Western Art' mince steaks

  • 1 can (s) (212 ml) vegetable corn
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 1/2 pack spice mix 'grill skewers Western Art'
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 6 sheets Iceberg lettuce
  • 6 Hamburger Brötchen
  • 6 slices Chester cheese (processed cheese)
  • 6 TL Tomato Ketchup
  • 6 TL Mayonnaise

Pour the corn into a sieve and let it drain. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Knead the mince, seasoning mixture, egg, onion, corn and bell pepper. Shape into 6 round, flat steaks. Wash, clean and slice tomatoes. Wash the lettuce leaves, shake dry. Grill the minced steaks for about 5 minutes on each side. Grill halves of bread after 9 minutes. Place 1 slice of cheese on each of the hot steaks. Put the hamburgers together with rolls, lettuce, minced steak, tomato slices, ketchup and mayonnaise. Taste it with itgrilled tomatoes and onions
