Cut the almonds in half lengthways with a knife. Separate egg. Mix egg white, marzipan, powdered sugar, flour and baking powder with the whisk of the mixer to a smooth mixture.

Preheat the oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With moistened hands (the dough is sticky) shape about 20 'fingers' of different lengths (6–8 cm long) and place them on the baking sheet.

Press in half of the almond at one end of each finger as a fingernail. Whisk the egg yolks and cream together and brush the pastries with them.
