For 4 soccer fields
  • 8 slices whole grain bread (50 g each)
  • 4 EL Butter
  • 250 g Lean quark
  • 2 EL Milk
  • Salt

  • 4 Slices (50 g each) Gouda cheese
  • 2 Bundle Chives
  • 1 pack (75 g) Mini soccer sausages

Place 2 slices of bread next to each other and brush with 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix the quark with milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread evenly with quark. Halve the cheese slices crosswise and cut out 8 gates. Place 1 gate on each short edge of bread and stabilize with wooden skewers if necessary. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls. Sprinkle the bread with chives. Put footballs on top
