Potato soup with sausages

For 4 people
  • 2 Onions
  • 20 g green bacon (unsmoked white bacon)
  • 1 kg floury potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rose Paprika
  • 1 l Vegetable stock (instant)
  • 1 Bund Soup green
  • 4 Vienna sausages
  • 4 stem (s) Marjoram
  • 2 stem (s) parsley
  • 2 EL sour cream

Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Leave the bacon in the pan. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Remove the bacon and sauté the onions in the fat.

Add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and paprika and add the stock. Clean and wash soup greens, peel if necessary and cut into small cubes. Add the vegetables, except for the leeks, to the soup and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Cut the sausages into pieces. Add the sausage slices and leek to the soup. Marjoram andWash the parsley, pat dry and finely chop. Add the cream and half of the herbs to the soup, bring to the boil again.

Garnish with the remaining herbs.
