Baby banana in honey caramel

For 4 people
  • 2 EL peeled sesame
  • 6 Baby-Bananas
  • 3 EL liquid honey
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Lime wedges and lemon balm

Sesame in toast until golden in a pan without fat. Pour onto a plate and set aside. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways. Heat the honey and lime juice in the pan. Banana halves approx. 2Braise in it for minutes.

Remove and reduce the honey-lime sauce a little. Arrange three halves of the banana in portions, drizzle with honey sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Decorate with lime wedges and lemon balm if you like.
