Muesli crumble cherry cake

Knead fat, 300 g flour, 150 g sugar, muesli and a pinch of salt to make crumble. Covered and coldput. Drain the cherries while collecting the juice

Stir 100 ml of cherry juice and starch until smooth. Bring the remaining juice to the boil. Stir in the mixed starch, bring to the boil and simmer while stirring for about 1 minute. Fold in the cherries. Mix 175 g flour, baking powder, 50 g sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Add the quark, oil and milk. Knead everything until smooth. Roll out the quark-oil dough on a little flour in a round shape (approx. 30 cm Ø). Place the dough in a springform pan (26 cm Ø) that has been greased and dusted with flour, press down on the edge. Spread the cherry compote smoothly in it. Spread the sprinkles on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 35 minutes. Let cool down
