Mandarin layer dish

For 4 people
  • 50 g ladyfingers
  • 3 EL Rum
  • 1 jar (s) (312 ml) mandarin oranges
  • 2 (à 150 g) Cup of whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 EL Sugar
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 TL Brittle
  • Mint

Crumble the ladyfingers into small pieces and drizzle with rum. Drain the mandarins on a sieve, collecting the juice. Set 8 wedges of mandarin aside for the garnish. Mix the yogurt, 2 tablespoons tangerine juice, vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth.

Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the yogurt. Pour tangerines, cream yoghurt, biscuit crumbs and finally another layer of cream yoghurt into the glasses. Garnish with brittle, mandarin wedges and mint.
