Quick noodle salad

For 4 people
  • 350 g spiral noodles
  • Salt
  • 300 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pack (150 g) mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 Roman lettuce heart
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 100 g Salad cream (16% fat)
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 EL Wine vinegar
  • pepper

Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Drain the mozzarella balls and cut in half. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips.

Cut the sausage into strips. Mix together the salad cream, yogurt and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the pasta into a colander, rinse thoroughly with cold water and allow to drain.

Pour into a bowl and mix with the other salad ingredients.
