Fried shrimps on lettuce
- 8 raw peeled prawns (fresh or frozen; approx. 125 g)
- 1/2 small frisée salad
- 1 small radicchio
- 2 small onions ( z. B. red)
- 2 EL span> white balsamic vinegar
- 1 TL medium hot mustard
- Salt, sugar, pepper
- 3 EL Oil (e.g. olive oil)
- 12 span> Cherry tomatoes

- Possibly. Thaw the prawns. Clean and wash salads and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions
- 2.
- Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt and a pinch of sugar. Beat in 2 tablespoons of oil. Finely dice 1 onion and stir in. Eighth the remaining onion. Wash and halve tomatoes

- Cut the shrimp lengthways on the back and remove the black casing. Wash shrimp. Fry in 1 tablespoon of hot oil on each side for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out and keep warm
- 4.
- Briefly fry the tomatoes and onion eighth in the frying fat. Season with salt and pepper, remove. Drizzle salads with marinade. Spread tomatoes, onions and prawns on top
