Filled ham cannelloni on pineapple slices

For 1 person
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 35 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Bund Watercress
  • 2 slices (25 g each) cooked ham
  • pepper
  • 8 Straws of chives
  • 3 slices (35 g each) pineapple ( out of the can)
  • 3 (10 g each) thin slices of wholegrain baguette

Wash tomatoes, clean and quarter. Coarsely grate 30 g of parmesan. Wash the watercress and pluck the leaves from the stems. Place the ham slices on a board. Sprinkle watercress on top except for something to garnish, tomatoes and cheese.

Sprinkle with pepper. Roll up the ham and cut in half. Tie together with 2 stalks of chives. Place the pineapple slices in a small bowl and arrange the rolls on top. Garnish with watercress.

Slice 5 g of parmesan over the top. Serve with wholemeal baguette.
