Easter Passover

For 4 people
  • 25 g Hazelnut and walnut kernels
  • 25 g peeled almonds
  • 2 dried figs
  • 2 dried dates
  • 1 jar (s) (425 ml; Section weight 250 g) Fruit cocktail
  • 50 g soft butter or margarine
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 500 g Cream Quark
  • scraped pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 25 g Raisins

Nuts, almonds, figs and dates coarse chop. Drain the fruit cocktail. Beat the fat until frothy, gradually stir in the egg yolks and sugar. Stir in the quark. If you like, put some fruit cocktail and chopped ingredients aside for decoration. Stir the remaining fruits, chopped ingredients, vanilla pulp and raisins into the quark mixture. Put the Easter Pascha in a bowl and serve with the ingredients set aside and decorated with peppermint leaves if you like
