Plums, apples andWash the apricots and drain them well. Slice the plums lengthways and remove the stone, halve or quarter the apricots and remove the stone. Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the quarters into wedges. Drizzle the apple wedges with lemon juice. For the dough, mix the quark, sugar, milk, oil, lemon zest and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in about half of it. Add the rest of the flour and knead first with the dough hook, then with your hands to form a smooth dough. Roll out the quark oil dough into a large oval plate (approx. 35 cm long / approx. 25 cm wide) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Heat the jam while stirring, spread it on the dough and distribute the fruit on top. Sprinkle with 25 g of sugar. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Cut the fruit pizza into pieces and serve warm or cold. Vanilla sauce tastes good with it
