- Pull the currants from the panicles. Wash all berries carefully. Wash the limes and cut into thin slices. Wash the mint, pluck the leaves from the stems. Put the prepared fruits, mint leaves and ice cubes in a jug. Top up with prosecco and mineral water. Makes 4-6 glasses
