1.
Mix 100 g butter in pieces, flour, 75 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Work quickly with your hands into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough into a circle (approx. 34 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Line the springform pan (26 cm Ø) with it. Pull the dough up about 4 cm at the edge. Prick the bottom several times with a fork. Refrigerate. Finely chop the chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath. Allow to cool slightly. In the meantime, stir 100 g butter, 150 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Separate 4 eggs and stir in egg yolks one after the other. Stir in the quark and pudding powder. Divide the curd mass. Stir in the chocolate under half. Beat the egg white and a pinch of salt until stiff, cut in half and fold into the two curd masses. First pour the light and then the dark curd mixture into the springform pan. Pull the mass through in a spiral shape with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Let the cake rest for about 15 minutes in the switched off oven. Take out, let cool down. Wash and clean the strawberries and pat dry. Halve or quarter the berries, depending on their size, and place on the cake. Mix the icing powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Gradually add the grape juice, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil while stirring. Spread the cake topping from the center with a tablespoon
