Noodles in a boilingCook the salted water for about 8 minutes and allow to drain. In the meantime, wash and clean the tomatoes and cut in half as desired. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Clean and wash romaine lettuce and cut into strips. Drain the mozzarella, cut into slices and cover a large plate with it. For the vinaigrette, wash and chop the basil. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Season the vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar and garlic. Beat in the oil and basil. Mix the pasta, tomatoes, onions, romaine lettuce, salami and vinaigrette together. Cover and let steep a little. Season again to taste and serve on the mozzarella slices
