Carrot and milk mix with beetroot

For 4 glasses
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 200 g Beetroot
  • 250 g Apples
  • 300 ml milk
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • some Tabasco

Peel the carrots and beetroot. Cut both into large pieces. Wash apples and cut into pieces. Put everything in a juicer and collect the juice. Mix with the milk. Season the vegetable milk with salt, pepper and possibly Tabasco.
