Baked spinach potatoes

Wash the potatoes, Cook in boiling water for about 25 minutes. Clean and wash the spinach. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic in it.

Add the spinach and simmer for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Cut the cheese into 12 slices. Drain, rinse, peel and halve the potatoes.

Place 3 potato halves each in 4 greased casserole dishes. Spread the spinach on top, sprinkle with diced tomatoes. Place the cheese on the spinach potatoes and bake in the preheated oven (E: stove 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
