Pasta omelette

For 4 people
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 2 Onions
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 EL Milk
  • Pepper
  • 4 EL Oil
  • 1 packet finished tomato sauce
  • 4 pickles
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Parsley

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions. Peel off the sausage skin. Also dice the meat sausage. Whisk eggs with milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain and drain the spaghetti. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in each of two pans. Fry 1/4 of the onions and the meat sausage in each. Add 1/4 of the spaghetti and pour 1/4 of the egg milk over each.

Allow to set over low heat. Push together from the center to the edge to form a semicircle. Turn over with a spatula, let the other side set and keep warm for a moment.Make 2 more omelets from the rest.

Prepare the tomato sauce according to the instructions on the packet. Arrange omelets on 4 preheated plates. Put a dollop of tomato sauce on each. Garnish with pickled cucumber slices, tomato quarters and parsley.
