Whole wheat bread with tomatoes and mushroom vegetables

For 1 person
  • 150 g small mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • some stem (s) parsley
  • 1 EL Oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Tomato
  • 1 slice (approx. 50 g) wholemeal bread

Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Peel onion and chop finely. Wash the parsley, pat dry, set aside some for garnish, finely chop the rest. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the mushrooms in it.

Add the onion and fry for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the parsley. Wash tomato, grate dry and cut into slices. Cover the bread slice with the tomatoes and spread the mushroom vegetables on top.

Garnish with the parsley set aside.
