Vanilla cream with fruits

For 4 people
  • 1 Glass (370 ml) sour cherries
  • 1 TL Cornstarch
  • 4 Peach halves (from the can)
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 100 g Mascarpone or crème double (Italian double cream cheese)
  • 300 g Vanilla yoghurt approx. 1 tbsp chocolate rolls to decorate

Drain the cherries on a sieve, collecting the juice. Stir the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cherry juice until smooth. Add the remaining cherry juice, cinnamon stick and 2. Stir in the mixed cornstarch, bring to the boil again. Fold in the cherries and allow to cool. Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon zest

Cut the peaches into wedges. Peel the kiwis, halve them lengthways and cut into slices. Mix the mascarpone and vanilla yoghurt until smooth

Arrange kiwi slices, peaches and cherry sauce decoratively on dessert plates. Spread the vanilla cream on top. Sprinkle with chocolate rolls
