Turkey steak with tomato & mozzarella

For 1 person
  • 1 small peeled onions
  • 1 (150 g) cleaned tomato
  • 50 g cleaned lettuce (e.g. B. Frisée and rocket)
  • 1 TL white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 TL (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 disc (20 g) low-fat mozzarella
  • 1- 2 stem (s) basil
  • 1 (60 g) Wholegrain bread rolls

Finely chop the onion. Wash the tomato, cut in half and cut a thick slice. Cut the remaining tomato into pieces. Wash the lettuce and pluck it smaller. Mix vinegar, 1 tbsp water, salt and pepper. Beat in 1/2 teaspoon oil. Mix the salad dressing with the onion and tomato pieces

Wash the meat and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a pan (with a lid). Fry the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Cover with a slice of tomato and mozzarella and continue to fry, covered, until the cheese has melted

Wash the basil, remove the leaves. Serve the steak with a salad. Sprinkle with pepper and basil. Add the bread roll
