Three kinds of tapas

  • 250 g black olives ( with stone, natural)
  • 12 ( approx. 125 g) small mushrooms
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 stem (e ) Basil
  • 1 EL Oil
  • 6 slices Serrano ham
  • 2 figs
  • 200 g Manchego cheese
  • 2 TL thickened cranberries

Peel garlic and finely chop. Wash herbs, shake dry and finely chop. Mix the olive oil, garlic and herbs. Roll the green and black olives separately and fill them in small bowls

Clean and clean the mushrooms. Wash cherry tomatoes and rub dry. Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms in it, remove and let cool. Halve the ham slices and place 1 ham slice on each mushroom. Place a cherry tomato on each ham and pin it with a wooden skewer. Garnish with basil

Wash figs, pat dry and cut into 4 wedges. Cut the cheese into 8 cubes. Skewer 1 fig wedge on a cheese cube with a wooden skewer. Put a little cranberries on each fig. Arrange everything on one plate
