Spaghetti with green vegetable stir-fry (food combining)

For 1 person
  • 125 g Snow peas
  • 1 TL (5 g) olive oil
  • 50 g Spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 25 g pepper-filled olives
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 4 Stalk (s) Parsley
  • 1 TL Sambal Oelek
  • pepper
  • 5 g Parmesan slicer

Wash and drain the sugar snap peas. Heat the oil and 2-3 tablespoons of water in a coated pan. Steam the sugar snap peas in it for 4–5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. In the meantime, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet.

Drain the olives. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Add spring onions and olives to the sugar snap peas and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Wash parsley, pat dry, remove coarse stems.

Roughly chop the leaves. Approx. Remove 50 ml of pasta water and add to the vegetables. Drain the pasta, fold into the vegetables with the sambal oelek and parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sambal oelek.
4.
Sprinkle with parmesan slices.
