Wash the cucumber, cut off the ends and roughly grate about half. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix the yogurt, grated cucumber and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions. Trim and wash peppers, wash and trim tomatoes. Cut half of the bell pepper, 1 onion, remaining cucumber and tomatoes into cubes. Cut the feta into cubes. Mix the olives, vegetables and cheese. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper and fold in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cut the remaining peppers into pieces (approx. 2.5 x 2.5 cm). Cut the remaining onion into large cubes. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. Put the meat, onion and bell pepper alternately on skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wide pan. Fry the skewers for about 7 minutes, turning them. Arrange on a plate. Serve with salad and tzatziki. Ciabatta tastes good with it
