Sour cream pudding with fruits

For 4 people
  • 1 packet pudding powder
  • 'Vanilla flavor'
  • 3 EL Sugar
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 150 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 jar (s) (314 ml) mandarin oranges
  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • 1 EL maple syrup od . Honey
  • lemon balm

Mix the pudding powder, sugar and 6 tbsp milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Stir in the sour cream and bring to the boil again. Fill into 4 cold rinsed molds (approx. 150 ml). Min. Chill for 3 hours

Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice. Peel, halve and slice the kiwi fruit. Mix the maple syrup and 3 tbsp mandarin juice. Mix with the fruits. Overturn the sour cream pudding and serve with the fruit. Possibly. decorate with lemon balm
