Sesame dumplings with duck breast

Let the sauce cook in an open saucepan over high heat for 5 minutes. For the dumplings, boil plenty of water with a little salt. Take the pot off the stove. Put in the dumplings and let them steep for 5 minutes. In the meantime, sesame seeds in a panRoast until golden brown without fat. Lift out the dumplings with the skimmer and briefly rinse with cold water. Tear open the cooking bag at one end. Turn the dumplings in sesame seeds. Season the plum sauce with salt and pepper. Slice the duck breast and serve with the sauce and dumplings. Broccoli tastes good with it
