Sesame chili beef fillet with beans and pumpkin

For 4 people
  • 600 g beans
  • 400 g Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 500 g Beef fillet tips
  • Salt
  • 2 EL Oil
  • Pepper
  • 2 EL Sesame oil
  • 2 EL peeled sesame seeds
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 6 stem (s) Coriander

Clean the beans and cut them in half if necessary. Clean, wash, core the pumpkin and cut into thin wedges. Peel the garlic and chop very finely. Clean and wash the chilli and cut into fine rings

Pat the meat dry and cut into thin slices. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Pour into a sieve and drain well

In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Briefly fry the pumpkin in the frying fat, turning.Add the garlic and chilli, fry briefly, season with salt and pepper

Add sesame oil. Add meat and beans, sprinkle with sesame seeds, deglaze with soy sauce. Heat briefly. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Mix in the coriander. Basmati rice tastes good with it
