Sea tartare

For 4 people
  • 300 g haddock fillet without skin (sushi quality)
  • 400 g Skinless cod fillet (sushi quality)
  • 1 Bund Chives
  • 10 stem (s) Coriander
  • 3 stem (s) Dill
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 TL Curry
  • 6 EL Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Wash the herbs, shake dry and put something aside for garnish. Cut the chives into rolls, pluck the coriander leaves and dill flags and chop.

Mix the fish cubes, herbs, lemon juice, curry and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for approx. 15 minutes

Place an appetizer ring on each plate. Pour in the tartare and press lightly. Remove rings. Garnish the tartar with the remaining herbs
