Scrambled eggs with cabanossi

For 2 people
  • 100 g Cabanossi
  • (garlic sausage)
  • 1 / 2 (425 ml) can
  • Artichoke hearts
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small bell peppers
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 EL Milk
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • 1 TL Oil

Cut the sausage into thin slices. Drain the artichokes in a colander and cut into halves or quarters. Peel onion and chop finely. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces

Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onion, sausage, artichokes and peppers vigorously while turning

Pour egg milk into the pan. Let stand for a few minutes over low heat, pushing together several times with a spatula

Garnish the scrambled eggs with marjoram if you like. Whole-grain bread or roasted potatoes go well with it
