Scrambled eggs with cabanossi

- Cut the sausage into thin slices. Drain the artichokes in a colander and cut into halves or quarters. Peel onion and chop finely. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces

- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onion, sausage, artichokes and peppers vigorously while turning

- Pour egg milk into the pan. Let stand for a few minutes over low heat, pushing together several times with a spatula

- Garnish the scrambled eggs with marjoram if you like. Whole-grain bread or roasted potatoes go well with it
