Radishes from the pan for rump steak

- Heat the butter in a pan and roast the bay leaves in it for about 2 minutes. Add the radishes, season with salt and sauté in a closed pan for about 6 minutes

- Serve the steaks, radishes and herb butter and garnish with the radish leaves. Baguette bread tastes good with it
