Radishes from the pan for rump steak

  • 400 g Radishes
  • 4 Rump steaks (approx. 250 g each)
  • Salt
  • 2 EL Sunflower oil

  • 3 bay leaves

Clean the radishes, put some leaves aside for garnish. Wash the radishes and cut in half. Pat the meat dry and season with salt

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the steaks in it for about 5 minutes while turning. Season with pepper. Place steaks in an ovenproof dish and cook in the preheated oven (electric stove: 150 ° C / convection: 125 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes

Heat the butter in a pan and roast the bay leaves in it for about 2 minutes. Add the radishes, season with salt and sauté in a closed pan for about 6 minutes

Serve the steaks, radishes and herb butter and garnish with the radish leaves. Baguette bread tastes good with it
