Puff pastry quiche
- 1 Bund Spring onions
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g Blue cheese (e.g. B. Gorgonzola)
- 200 g span> Lean quark
- 3 Eggs (size M)

- 1 pack (230 g; 32 cm ø) Puff pastry, rolled out into a round shape (from the refrigerated shelf)

- Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Wash tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Mash the cheese with a fork. Mix with quark and eggs and season with pepper.

- Place the puff pastry with baking paper in a quiche or tart pan (28 cm Ø). Prick several times with a fork. Spread the spring onions and tomatoes on top. Pour the cheese and egg mixture over it and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes.
