Potato soup with boiled ham
- 500 g potatoes
- 3/4 l Vegetable stock (instant)
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 150 g cooked ham span>
- 200 g whipped cream
- salt
- Pepper
- span> ground nutmeg

- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in the stock for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash the parsley, pat dry and finely chop. Cut ham into strips.

- Remove 2 tablespoons of potato cubes from the broth, set aside and mash the remaining potatoes very finely with a potato masher. Add the cream, bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- 3.
- Add the remaining potato cubes and strips of ham to the soup and serve sprinkled with parsley.
