Pasta bake with corned beef

  • 130 g Noodles

  • 1 package (300 g) frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 150 g Corned beef
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 TL (5 g) Oil
  • 150 ml low-fat milk (1.5% Fat)

Noodles in plenty of boiling salted water Cook for 8-10 minutes. Cook the Brussels sprouts in a little salted boiling water for about 5 minutes and drain well. Cut the corned beef into large pieces. Peel the onions and cut into thin wedges.

Drain the pasta. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Steam the onions until translucent.Add corned beef and fry. For the sauce, bring the milk and 100 ml water to the boil. Stir in the sauce powder. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg and paprika.

Layer the ingredients in the greased dish. Pour sauce over them. Cut the cheese into small flakes and place on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.
