Meat cheese burger with radish and obatzda

For 4 pieces
  • 300 g white radish
  • Salt
  • 1/2 Bundle Chives
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 shallot
  • 125 g cream camembert
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 20 g double cream cheese at room temperature
  • 20 g sweet mustard (Bavarian mustard)
  • pepper
  • 15 g clarified butter
  • 4 thick slices of meat loaf (60–70 g each)
  • 4 Pretzel rolls (approx. 100 g each)

Peel, wash and roughly grate the radish. Sprinkle with salt and mix. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix the chives into the radish, except for something to sprinkle.

Let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Wash and drain the lettuce.

Peel and finely dice shallot. Cut the camembert into pieces. Mix the soft butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add the camembert, mustard and shallots and mix with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Fry the meat loaf in it, turning for about 4 minutes

Cut the pretzel rolls in half crosswise. Brush the lower halves with Obatzda. Top with meat loaf, lettuce and radish. Sprinkle with chives. Place the top halves of the bun on top
