Mango, apple and whey drink with raspberry ice cubes

  • 16 Raspberries
  • 2 (500 ml each) Bottles of organic drinking whey 'Mango -Apple '

Read out raspberries. Place in one hollow of each ice cube tray (16 hollows). Top up with water and freeze for at least 5 hours. Remove the ice cubes from the hollows, divide into 4 glasses. Fill up with whey drink and serve immediately
