  • 200 g flour
  • 3 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 EL Gin
  • 1 l Oil
  • 2 EL Icing sugar

Mix the flour, egg yolk, sour cream, baking powder and gin with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Then knead into a smooth dough with your hands. Roll out thinly (1 mm) on a floured work surface.

Cut out rectangles (7 x 4 cm) with a cookie cutter. Cut into each rectangle in the middle approx. 5.5 cm. Pull a dough end through the slot. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry 5 loops in succession in the hot oil until golden yellow.

Lift out with a slotted trowel and drain on kitchen paper. Dust with powdered sugar.
