Sieve powdered sugar into a bowl. Add the almonds, egg white and baking oil. Mix everything well. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Shape approx. 50 walnut-sized balls from the mixture with moistened hands and distribute them on the baking sheets. With 3 fingers press the upper part of the balls in slightly. Let the amaretti rest in a cool place for a few hours, preferably overnight. Then bake one after the other in the preheated oven, lowest rack (electric stove: 175 ° C / fan: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes. Let the amaretti cool on the baking sheets. Then carefully loosen and dust with icing sugar. Stored in cans in a cool and dry place, they will last about 14 days. Serve amaretti, for example, with ice cream, mixed berries and cream
