Gratinated strawberries

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 1 Lime
  • 75 g Icing sugar + something to dust
  • 60 g Amarettini biscuits
  • 40 g Butter
  • 4 Vanilla ice cream balls (approx. 75 g )

Clean, wash and Cut into wedges. Wash the lime with hot water, rub dry and finely grate the peel. Halve the lime and squeeze 1 half. Put the strawberries, lime juice and zest in a bowl, sieve 75 g of powdered sugar over it and mix everything.

Roughly crumble the amarettini. Arrange the strawberries with marinade in 4 ovenproof molds. Spread the butter in flakes and amarettini on top. In a preheated oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / fan: 200 ° C / gas: level 4 ) Baked for 5–8 minutes.
