Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into oblique rings. Halve meat loaf. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Fry the meat loaf over medium heat. Take out the Leberkäse, fry the mushrooms in a pan until golden brown and season with salt and pepper. Add spring onions just before the end of roasting and sauté briefly.

Toast slices of toast. Place the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with meat loaf and the fried mushrooms. Cut the camembert into fine cubes, place on the mushrooms and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / fan: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for about 10 minutes.
