Gratinated mango
- 1 large ripe mango li>
- 1–2 EL Lime juice
- 1 Egg
- 1 EL Sugar
- 5–6 EL whipped cream
- Icing sugar

- Peel the mango. First cut the pulp from the stone. Then finely dice and mix with the lime juice.

- Mix the egg and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 3 minutes until creamy. Slowly add the cream.

- Spread the mango in 4 ovenproof glasses (approx. 150 ml each; approx. 8 cm Ø) and press gently until smooth. Pour the egg cream over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / fan: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 20-25 minutes.

- Remove and let cool for approx. 30 minutes.

- Dust the gratinated mango with icing sugar and serve while warm.
